For Tenants

Tenants who decide to rent with City Heights Properties get more than just a new home.  As a landlord, I promise to provide you a high standard of living through my services.


Moving to a new neighborhood can be a difficult task. There is much to consider: schools, safety, medical facilities, traffic, public transportation, cultural activities, sports facilities, entertainment, shopping and more. I will work with prospective tenants to find the apartment that best suits their needs.


 

Requirements to rent

Applicants will need to provide the following:

  • Completed applicant information page (links below)
  • $50.00 for the credit report
  • Pay stubs or supporting income documents
  • Apartment retainer equal to one-half of the deposit requirement

The retainer is fully refundable if the applicant is not approved for the apartment. If the applicant is approved, the retainer is applied to the deposit upon lease signing.  If the applicant is approved for the apartment and does not move into the apartment, the retainer is forfitted.
